1. Open the Google Form

Step 1: Open the Google Form

To begin, open the Google Form that you want to translate.

Step 1: Open the Responses Sheet

Click the Responses tab in your form, then hit the green View in Sheets icon.

Step 2: Insert a New Column

In the spreadsheet, add a blank column next to the text you want to translate.

In the first empty cell of the new column, type:

=GOOGLETRANSLATE(B2, "auto", "es")

Replace B2 with the cell that holds your original text, and "es" with the two‑letter code for your target language (e.g., "es" for Spanish).

Press Enter, then drag the small blue square at the cell’s bottom‑right corner down the column to translate every response.
